BIN lookup provides card-range identification information. It does not confirm individual card activation, available account balance, cardholder identity, CVV validity, transaction authorization, account ownership, or whether a transaction is fraudulent.

BIN metadata alone cannot establish these facts and should not be relied upon as a substitute for appropriate authorization, fraud-prevention, identity-verification, or payment-processing controls.

User Responsibilities
